Step 1 Be sure to apply your foundation right over your lip line.
Step 2 Apply a small amount of highlighter just along the border of your upper and lower lips. Blend well.
Step 3 Brush a small amount of powder across your lips.
Step 3 Use a sharpened lip liner to create a border around your lips, blend very well with lip brush. Don’t forget the corners of your lips.
Step 4 Pencil in little triangles in the corners of your upper and lip to create the illusion of fullness in the center of your lips.
Step 5 Quickly brush powder over your lips.
Step 6 Fill in your lips with lipstick, using a lip brush.
