What is LaseMD?

LaseMD is a non-ablative, resurfacing treatment to address hyperpigmentation, benign pigmented lesions, sun damage, fine lines, and textural issues in the skin. It is also FDA-cleared to treat Actinic Keratosis. Great for face, neck, décolleté, even hand care.

What do I need to do before a LaseMD treatment?

Nothing! We will cleanse and prep your skin prior to treatment.

Who is a good LaseMD candidate?

Considered the “Goldilocks” of rejuvenating skin treatments, LaseMD is safe to treat all skin types. 

How long does a LaseMD treatment take?

After prepping your skin with numbing cream, the LaseMD treatment typically takes up to twenty minutes.

What does the treatment feel like?

Most clients report a warm, slightly prickly sensation during the treatment. The numbing cream helps to make you more comfortable during the procedure.

Is there any down time with LaseMD?

No, you may resume your normal activities after a LaseMD treatment, even if you have mild redness in the hours following treatment. As always, we do recommend diligent sunscreen usage, especially in the two weeks following treatment. You will be provided with after-care instructions on your first visit.

How many LaseMD treatments do I need?

A series of 3 treatments is required to achieve optimal results. During your initial consultation appointment, your aesthetician will discuss your goals with you. 

How often I need to have a LaseMD treatment?

Treatments are done every 4 weeks. Typically, most clients like to visit for a bi-annual or quarterly treatments to maintain the results.
