What We’re Doing To Keep Our Staff and Clients Safe

At Kiki Skin & Body Spa, safety comes first, so we will continue to adhere to all standards and guidelines that we have followed for the past several months.

Please read through the following requests to better understand the steps we are taking to keep our staff and our clients safe:

  • We limit foot traffic to staff and clients only.
  • Please do not bring along family or friends. Waiting areas are closed.
  • We have ensured that there is minimum interaction of clients with other people while in the spa.
  • Our staff will be using all the PPE necessary to keep you and us safe.
  • We have installed and continue to provide a protective barrier in the reception area for staff and clients.
  • We purchased and installed an air purifier with BioGS® HEPA FILTRATION to continuously purify and clean the air in the entire area.
  • All work stations and surfaces are disinfected after each client.
  • ALL MEMBERS OF OUR STAFF HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED.
  • No beverages, snacks, or magazines are available.
  • Products are available on our online store or for pickup at the spa.
  • A form with a series of COVID-19 symptom screening questions will be emailed to you. It must be filled out and emailed back to us 24 hours prior to your appointment.


WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

  • Waiting area is closed and visits are by appointment only.
  • Please arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment.
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the spa. Please use it when you arrive.
  • Products may be purchased during your visit. Your esthetician will place your items in a bag.


COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

Safety comes first, and we continue to adhere to some additional check-in procedures for all appointments. All staff members at Kiki Skin & Body Spa are fully vaccinated.

We respectfully request that you answer the following questions:

  • Have you been fully vaccinated? Yes/No
  • Have you traveled internationally in the last week? Yes/No
  • We respectfully request that clients do not schedule an appointment any earlier than 5 days after their arrival in the US.
  • Have you experienced any of the typical COVID symptoms in the last 5 days? If you answer Yes, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Yes/No.


Signs of a lower respiratory illness (e.g., cough, shortness of breath, lowered oxygen saturation) Fatigue, sore throat, headache, or new loss of sense of taste or smell. Other less common symptoms can include gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g., nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), rash, and inflammatory conditions such as “COVID toes”.

  • Have you or anyone in your household tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive within the past 5 days? If you answer Yes, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Yes/No
